Getmapping Launch Aerial Insight

Hartley Wintney, June 2nd 2008 - Getmapping has launched Aerial Insight
a new online service that delivers Land Registry title plans, aerial
photography, plus a composite of the two, within 1 day of purchase.
Expected to appeal to conveyancers, lenders and property portfolio
managers, Aerial Insight provides crucial information about a property
and its surroundings that a plan alone cannot. The arrival of Home
Information Packs, already seen as a further opportunity to market
properties, is likely to create considerable demand for this enhanced
product.

One of the key documents required for the sale of any property in the
UK, a Land Registry title plan shows the extent of a property in the
context of a map of the local area. While it is possible to locate the
property accurately it is very difficult to ascertain any other details.
By providing an aerial photograph of the same area and a composite with
the title plan superimposed on top, it is possible to see many details
that a title plan cannot display.

It is a map based application, hosted in Fujitsu datacentres that allows the operational department of the Environment Agency to determine target areas for pre-defined warning messages.

London, UK 10:00 14/05/08

Equisys plc, one of the leading developers of software solutions for document production and delivery, and a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, today announced that Zetadocs® for Microsoft Dynamics NAV has achieved Microsoft Dynamics certification.

Equisys is the first UK based company to achieve certification for Dynamics NAV, demonstrating its continued commitment to working with Microsoft and its partners. Microsoft UK's NAV Product Marketing Manager, Steve Farr, commented, "The certification of Zetadocs for NAV is a great example of what can be achieved by our ISV partners. Certification confirms that Zetadocs for NAV meets Microsoft's highest standard for partner developed software solutions and is recommended by existing users."

Zetadocs for NAV can deliver cost savings and productivity gains for accounts departments in three key areas. Firstly, the costs of printing and mailing invoices or statements is time consuming and expensive - the production of just 1,000 paper based invoices per month can amount to annual costs of over £12,000 based on the cost of postage, materials and the time spent producing the documents. Secondly, most businesses also retain paper copies of financial documents, spending up to £500 rental space per filing cabinet to provide day-to-day access and adhere to compliance regulations. However, filing errors often occur, leading to delays and additional costs.
